MASTERCLASS  ($100+tax)

our homestyle indian cooking classes are run by chef jas dosanj, and are designed to be quick, simple and healthy. get hands on in the kettle valley plates kitchen, learn new skills and get inspired. classes are kept to 6 people per class and lasts up to 3 hours (11am-2pm). experience includes a complimentary cup of masala chai on arrival, learning the basics of indian spices, recipes for 3 entrees, and a complimentary glass of okanagan wine with your prepared lunch.
