From visiting a spice plantation and markets, to relaxing on a beach and learning regional cooking, to cruising down the Backwaters, watching a traditional dance performances, feasting on the street food and learning about the history. The tour combines a mix of home cooked meals by local families, eating at carefully selected hotels and smaller independent restaurants, packed with locals.
